Are there any places to get maybe a 32+ inch at a reasonable place? I've looked at Walmart are there any other places?

Preposterous! All those adverts in the Sunday paper are entirely bogus . . as are any craigslist posts. Don't even consider "shopping" at any pawn shops either.

If you can wait a few months the day after Thanksgiving sales always have them at a greatly reduced price.

I wouldn't go to Best Buy anymore because of their return policy. FRy's is a good place to shop. Walmart may have the best prices. Costco has a large selection but I haven't compared the prices.

what do you consider to be a reasonable price?
what do you plan on using the tv for (basic tv, hdtv, tv and gaming, gaming, gaming and pc, some combo of all)?
does brand name (or lack of) matter to you?
do you have cable/satellite, or do you use an antenna?

wal-mart/costco/sam's club essentially have the same prices on the same/similar tv's (seems to be rare that they're not within $50 of each other). some companies, such as vizio, actually make sets targeted for those stores only.
i agree that fry's is a good place, at least just to look, as their selection tends to be the largest of the known retailers. that, and their sales people seem to be less agressive than other stores.

We got ours at Walmart, it is an Ilo. Off brand but 46 inches, and we are very happy with it. The picture is better then a lot of name brand ones, just a clearer picture. We have had it a couple of years now, but we paid 1500.00 for the TV and the wall mount. I have seen them around $700.00 now.

I got a 32" display unit from Circuit City about a year and a half ago for a decent price. Your best bet is to shop all the local places, take notes, go home and research the models you found and then make your decision. Different places will have different sales, carry different brands and often have display/demo units at a deep discount.

It depends what you want to pay for. If you want the latest and best, you'll pay a premium versus getting an old model that is being discontinued. It sounds like price is your primary concern, so I recommend you research the model numbers of the various manufacturers look for the older model numbers. Then you will find the stores that are blowing them out at the best price to make room for new stock.
