Default How much for a safe rental near a good high school?

I'll be looking to live within 5 miles of a good high school. I've heard the schools are good in The District. What should I expect to pay for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment? Also, if I were to get into one of the condos for those over age 55 would my 19 year old be able to live with me? (She is wheelchair bound and can't live on her own yet without assistance.)

Most any reasonable place you pick is likely within 5 miles of a reasonable high school. Kimba01 just did this so you might message her. The district is in GV or Coronado either of which is fine. The District itself however is expensive. Most of the apartments tend to up on Horizon Ridge which is also generally OK.

I generally recommend a condo or single family rather than an apartment unless cost is an over-riding concern.

In general the Sun Cities and similar ban children less than 18. 19 or older however is fine.
