Call the Mt Charleston Lodge. They may be able to tell you where they get theirs. I've had elk and buffalo burgers there. Very tasty and real good Hot Chocolate if you go up in February.

Next time try the Mt. Charleston coffee, but be sure to take along a designated driver.

Actually, I've seen buffalo all over town but I can't remember where except for Wild (as*ed) Oats which are now Whole Foods Markets. We used to get it frozen, delivered by FedEx, from a buffalo ranch in Wyoming or someplace, but they had trouble with it reaching people still frozen so they stopped doing it. I think most of the butcher shops have buffalo, and/or beefalo. Venison might be harder to find.
