Laguna Shores Condo Developments in Las Vegas, Nevada
condo conversion done by Pacifica Companies. The HOA I believe is Cannon Managment as well.
same thing granite counter tops, new cabinets, tile flooring....ect
Also known as Avila Park Condos

When they were Avila Park, they were really roach infested. I worked for the company that did the Pest control on the property.
We just did a pest control service there last month, and she also had German Roaches (the worst). She was very clean, but was getting them from neighbors.

So True. Most of those place that did the condo conversions, just tried painting over the roaches! LOL But Avila Park was one of the worst ones, I have to admit the did make the outside look more appealing, but they are still the same buildings. |
