Ya we'll see there are tons of nice places in Las Vegas but I assume PT might end up on my short list. It really comes down to value - which place is giving the best deal bc all of these condos are comprable.

Ok 53 for lease. That means I should expect a dang good price. I'm looking for 1 bedroom fully furnished with a view of the strip. Considering there 53 available I'm also expecting a good price.

You have two to chose from...the one of the two with a strip view wants 2200 per month. The other is 9th floor otherway for 1495 or so.
There are 46 for lease.
