Does anyone have any opinions of The Warmington Group as builders good or bad?

I know Warmington a little bit. I put their kitchens in that large condo complex at the top of Cheynne behind the oink station and another one down behind St. Rose Hospital in Henderson. I know Lance Malone your shamed County Commissioner who went down with the G-string trial lived right across from that project. That project would have ruined his million dollar view so he tried to hault it with no success.

I know they are pretty much into multifamily housing, condos and townhouses. I dont think I ever seen them do a single family detached in LV.

I cant say too many good things about quality. I do know they lead almost all builders in consumer complaints. You can check that for yourself.

I see their projects as just cramped up human filing cabinets. When times were good then people would buy anything builders built no matter how bad or how ugly. Now that there are hardly any buyers around, builders like that are starving a slow death.

LOL @ human filing cabinets. I actually live/rent a warmington Condo in the SW and that's pretty on target. Cramped floor plan.

I didn't know they had other Vegas developments.

They do have single family developments in Vegas also. Just checked their site.
