Default Q on LV sold homes

Does anyone know how to determine, or where to find the average price per square foot of sold homes in a specific area of Vegas or a zip code?

Ask somebody in the RE business. You need access to the MLS or the assessors data base. You can get at the assessors data base at

OpenWeb Info Mapper

The problem however is that you can get at only one record at a time while the RE Agents can search and manipulate the data base.

If you have modest needs you can ask here. One of us will look them up for you. If you want a lot befriend an RE Agent.

You might also search on the Review Journal for home prices by zip code or such. They have published graphics in the past with the average price.
