Default I wasn't there to witness it.. but.

My friend sent me a few pics of the snow yesterday. These were taken around 215/Charleston area.

Ironically, while you all were getting snow yesterday, it was close to 70 here in NY. Then today, it drops about 40 degrees, and we get like 2-3 inches of the stuff! Arrgh.. lol!

The weather has been rather wacky everywhere, even up here in the icebox (Upper Midwest) with our -10 and -20 below temps (and it is not offically winter yet). I have heard of snow in Vegas, but it was a good 10-15 years ago. One certainly does not associate Vegas with snow.

Were there a lot of accidents and how did people in general react to the snow?

Here comes the next big wave. Big storm moving northward from AZ. Rain likely during the day and snow accumulation tonight. Too bad it couldn't have waited until next Wed. night. I have always loved a good white Christmas. When we lived in OH it was either white or muddy

Here we are in Henderson. And I was hoping for a few sunny days before I went back to Detroit...
