You can't lose high profile anchor tennants and expect to remain viable. The whole enclosed mall concept is suffering as shoppers look for discounts and shift to wards places like TJ Maxx. Mall rents are extremely high. And when the malls go under so does the tax base for the properties. Sign of the times.

Tru dat! This weekend I did a rare run to the Fremont Experience. I drove up Fremont (now that's an experience). There was this Elvis impersonator on the corner of Fremont and 7th. He looked to be about 5'3" and almost as round. Maybe it was really Elfis?
