Default How is the Chateau Versailles condo area
Are the Chateau Versailles condos nice? Is the area safe? please advise I will be staying there for several months. Thanks

Condo conversion right next to Lone Mountain. Area is safe and actually pretty nice. People who live there tend to like it.

It is a conversion so you may have problems with noise etc.

Thank you. How about Mar-a-Lago at 3150 Soft breezes at Desert Shores. Decent and safe? I'm trying to decide on one of these two.

Older complex...used to be painted a putrid pink...but they fixed that. In Desert Shores. Purpose built condo. Reasonably nice units. Very convenient to shopping, library etc.

I would prefer it to The Chateau but it is a little more urban.
