Default Chinese Soup Dumplings in Vegas?

The best thing in New York City's Chinatown are soup dumplings. The broth/meat is inside the dough and tied at the top. Steamed. Fresh and DELICIOUS.

What restaurant does this in Vegas?

On the Strip, I think Fin at Mirage has Shanghai Pork Dumplings that are like that. Off the Strip I don't know, but there was a Dim Sum thread recently that suggested a few good places.

I'm sure at least one restaurant over on Spring Mountain Rd. must serve them.

Ironically, there was an article a few weeks ago in the New York Post (of all places!) reviewing Abuyira Raku and Ichiza.

Loogoldham, IMO best place in NYC for them is Joe's Shanghai..hands down. But that is for another thread.

Used to be New Green Bo, but went back there and they weren't nearly as good.

I use to live on CHURCH & CHAMBERS STREET of lower Manhattan and often walked to NYC's China town. I specifically recall VIETNAMESE being the best thing going however

But Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas has the real deal on Chinese restaurants among other Asian restaurants in that little area.

I have been wanting those since eating them in San Francisco at Yank Sings. I tried Changs no they do not have. Also another one on Spring Mountain (can't rmember name but at 5300 Spring Mountain and it is talked about alot on the dim sum site. C something. They have 50 variaties of dim sum but no soup dim sum. But youhave to get there before 2 when the carts stop serving. I liked their dim sum better than Changs bland versions. It is in a shopping center located on the North Side of Spring Mountain about 1 1/2 blocks west of decatur.

If you find soup dim sum. LMK

That's where I used to go all the time. One of the very few things I miss about San Francisco - I haven't found a dim sum place of similar quality here.

I would fly from Orange County to eat Dim Sum at Yank Sings and eat veal at Francinos on Columbus. Land at SFO take the bart into the city. Pop up at the Palace hotel check in and head out quickly to Yank Sings in the business district prior to close. Long weekend so ate there on Friday Sat and Sunday at the embarcadero Yank Sings.

I just would like to find something vaguely similar to that place.

Oh yes forgot loved the Crab (Garlic) at the Pier. Plus going to Napa for a few hours was worth it too. Dang I miss California and their cheap flights to SFO.
