best way for the houses is to get a realtor... most listings on realtor . com, zillow etc dont state if they are short sales, available, etc...

Actually I was just sent some info on two greats deal yesterday and I thought of you Airics. One was a fantastic looking two story, 4500 sf, 3 car garage 2 story in Rhodes Ranch in the $280 range, REO of course, and the other was a 2900 sf. ranch in Lake Las Vegas, same price. I can research my old mail for more info if anyone interested.

thanks, but believe it or not, i will always be set on the nw... for rental purposes, i like to be at 130-140k and around 1500sf
