Closed. They keep saying they are going to redo and reopen but nothing as of yet.

Here is an article for 2007 about the plans and closure. None of it has come to pass.

supposedly the owners are the same ones that own the Timbers group of restaurants around town, and i believe they also operate the places on Third Street that is next to Lady Luck...
