I am looking for opinions/info from parents who have some experience with Henderson International School. Moving to LV and looking at private schools in the area.

I do not know about the International School personally, but I do know some teachers who left there to teach at a different private school. I substitute teach at Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain and have worked with some of the former teachers from International. Dawson is an awesome school for students. Check it out if you want a private school. Also check out Las Vegas Day School.

Do you know why the teachers left the International School? I have been reading about Dawson and it seems that there was quite some controversy about the headmaster. The reviews I read about Dawson were either wonderful or terrible..nothing in between.

How much do the international schools usually charge students per year in Nevada (or in general in the U.S. for that matter)?

The International School tuition is around 13-15 k a year from what I can find. We pay a little less than that in the midwest for lower school, about that for middle and high school.
