this I 15 resurfacing project is the absolute worst I'm currently stuck on the ramp from 95 to 15 and I haven't moved an inch in almost 30 minutes, I hate this project it's completely unnecessary because I 15 was fine to begin with

I'm going to have to drive twice as far to and from work now on 215 because of this ridiculous project, it's almost like the universe is trying to punish me for moving to centennial hills

Sounds familiar. Is this just a guy thing or what? My husband thinks everything happens just to pi$$ him off too. Like he is the only one who gets the red light! Really? I say, it's called "life" and no one gets out without hitting speed bumps. Deal or don't.

That said, traffic jams really bite.

Mines the same way, so ya, must be a guy thing, or at least an alpha male thing. I will admit we suffer from Murpy's law. It's always the one car WE decide to let in front of us that has to break down, drive slow looking lost, change lanes back and forth, then hold us up so we get the red light while they go through. It's made him not want to let anyone in front of us. I've always thought my hubby was an aggressive driver, but over the years I guess it rubbed off on me to. It was hard in a city with streets you know like the back of your hand to be driving on roads packed with toursits and new residents and you just want them outta your way. Looking back I think that LV is full of aggressive speeders and I was probably one of them. I move to Seattle and it's completely the opposite. Everyone does the speed limit, leaves 3 car lengths between cars, stops immediately if they sense a yellow light coming. I really need to learn to adapt here. I just got my first red light ticket in the mail (oops, didn't realize they did that here). Never one ticket in all of my life till this.
