No, I didn't threaten to kill him... honest. See my smile. My dog smiles at me like that after she has raided the kitchen trashcan.

BTW, if Steve Wynn told me he was going to kill me, I'd believe him. He'd be doing a public service if he iced this guy anyway.

I believe it about the emails, but that shovel remark? Steve Wynn is old-school.

He's too smart to put anything in writing that could come back to haunt him. Plausible deniability.

"He didn't hear me correctly" "I misspoke" "It was taken out of context"

Back when I used to give a fig, I was generally pretty careful what I put in writing, even in an email.

Uh Oh. Did Scoop lose it on his co-workers?

Man stabs 3 co-workers after work party, police say - Las Vegas Sun News

Apparently they all work at a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, so not a bunch of brawling teenagers from McDonalds.
Kitchen life will make you nuts. My husband once threatened to shank a cook at his restaurant with his wine key.

On a serious note, I hope everyone in the story recovers.

Default I Think I Realized Why I Came to Las Vegas in the First Place

To better myself and make more MONEY!

I had felt my dreams would come to reality if I had moved out there, and for the most part they actually did. Even though it was short lived, I had everything I wanted at one point and was truly happy with my life for the first time

-I was on my own and didn't have to deal with all my family issues (ie the hoarding, the constant bickering, etc etc)

-I was working a job that paid more than packing peanuts

-I was doing what I wanted to do for the very first time in my life

I had a conversation on the phone tonight with a former Cosmopolitan Co-Star and he told me the reason he loves Vegas is because "You can make good money here at our age" (he's 23) "and the work is easy to get"

And I had never been out of a job for very long when I lived in Las Vegas. And I'm sorry but I cannot live on my own on $9 an hour at 28-34 hours a week in Orlando. And I'm having ZERO luck finding a 2nd job here

I want to come back to Las Vegas, get a job on the strip, my own place in the NW, and go to CSN and study something. My friend made me realize why I left, and now I think I have that itch to get out there the same way I did the first time

"and now I think I have that itch to get out there the same way I did the first time"

Getting paid to be a towel boy at a topless pool, are you kidding me? Life does not get any better than that... trust me son!

Throw in the free beer and .99 cent shrimp cocktails = NO brainer!!!

Vegas, baby, VEGAS!

We'll be up five hunny by midnight...

Baby, were gonna give Big Daddy the old Rainman suite, can you dig that, money?

Never settle. Even when you find your personal happiness, strive for more.

Apply this rule to your education, income, women and life.

I agree, but one should also develop a plan and stick to it.

"It says breakfast anytime, right?"
(Waitress) "That's right."
"I'll have pancakes in the age of enlightenment."
.....
"I should've said Renaissance, right? It went over her head."
(Trent)'Baby, you did fine'
"Age of Enlightenment. Sh.it. Like some waitress in a Las Vegas coffee shop is going to get an obscure French philosophical reference."
....
"Excuse me, we're in a bit of a hurry."
(Waitress)'Hang on, Voltaire.'

I'll never forget that scene (or the desperate 3 AM phone calls). Classic.

Here's rooting for old 'Double Down' finding some beautiful babies.
