Darn - What a nice day. It is the Admiral's Birthday so better by that alone than most days...and a local RE leader of whom we are fond bought a good lunch at Vintners Grill.

And an earthquake to remind us of our roots...

And Steve at AAAPool sent his crew in to get our pool back into shape and it looks great.

Spent last night wrestling with a mess of RE types and a loan officer about Appraisals... And today is much nicer as we are not wrestling about... well you get the idea.

Got the photos for the new listing and they are so good we worry about the ethics of using them. Is it puffery or misleading when the computer can make photos that are better than reality...

So happy Memorial Day all. It is really nice to be in Las Vegas and able to complain about a cold start to the heat.

I've been swimming most weekends since the end of March. Non heated pool. What took you so long?

Are you calling me fat?

The pool is really not that cold. It gets full sun all day, and I was amazed that I was able to get into it as early as I did. Within a few weeks of triple digits, I expect it to be too warm

We've had a remarkably cool May. Needed a sweater a couple of times. Did you guys not get the same experience ?
