You know it is a relative thing. Talked to a client two days ago for whom we are bird dogging a particular home model in Sun City. Had one come up and called her...finally wnat she wanted.

She moved to Las Vegas to join her sister. Got the word Sister died two hours before our call after what was purported to be successful open heart surgery.

There she is 87 years old. Suddenly entirely on her own.

That is bad luck. You simply suffer the minor stones thrown by the statistics.

Saturday night. Get another flat tire on the other side. This time it happened on i15.
Changing a tire 3 feet from cars going 80mph is terrifying.

This is my brand new van, by the way.

I want to move to an isolated island.
What's become of your trusty Cressida?

I sold it. I need a pick up truck more than I need a car.

I wouldn't sell my 1985 Toyota Supra for anything less than $500k!

I hope you got a worthy price for it!

I am starting to focus on need rather than want. I want a cool car. I need a truck.

I think that if we all took an honest look at our lives we'd have to all pert-near identify with you regarding all the gar-barge we've been through. The Mrs. and I could tell you stories. And, sadly, they're all true.

But on the road with the same crap that you've gone through with accidents, no. I am not going to even try and boast about that, though, there's a lot of lousy drivers out there.

Read this book: "You cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought." It works for all things relating to life. I suggested this because you seem to have the worst luck of any person on the planet.
