This upcoming transition from Las Vegas to Tucson has turned out to be the worst nightmare periods of my life! Never-ever-ever-ever again!
I was suppose to close on my house here in Las Vegas today, and, at the last minute, they've moved the closing up to Monday or Tuesday, and meanwhile I was suppose to close on my house in Tucson tomorrow.
And, figuring I'd close today, I had my brother fly into Las Vegas today to help drive the U-Haul truck to Tucson. He arrived at 9:30pm, and with most of my furniture in the U-Haul truck, I had no bed or sofa for him to sleep on, so luckily I found a 5pm flight on Southwest for him to fly back to Minneapolis.
And then all the suspense, suspense eversince finding a buyer. Are they going to bow out along the way and then I have to put the house back on the market again? And go through more suspense?
Once I get to my house in Tucson, and the neighbors see someone stumbling drunk around the neighborhood the next 2 months, it will be me! Celebrating!

I enjoyed it too. They have this new underground "speakeasy " at the neon boneyard. I was thinking that might be a classic for the next one ! We could get some awesome pictures.
