From the pics they are condos in the new towers built downtown. Now if its a scam is another story.

Allot of Condo rental units get advertised as apartments by property managers. Look at the pictures. How many apartments in LV do you see with hardwood flooring and modern kitchens and open ducting and loft style? The low rent indicates a scam or the owner is looking for short term cash until the unit is sold or repo or plans for residency in the near future. Anyways it does not hurt to inquire. The worst they can do is spam me to death by getting my email address.
