It actually took my breath away. I was so glad to see that some bull riders were wearing helmets and I prayed like crazy for those old school cowboys who didn't.

Amen. The bullriders take an incredible beating. I just imagine the damage taking place to their spines with every jolt.

I ended up going to the foundation room at the top of Mandalay Bay for the first time. What a view! My afternoon turned into the entire night.
It was fun, now back to the grind.

Some of the hallmarks of "old Vegas", such as really good deals on hotel and food, will return as a result.

"Even worse, a harpooned whale now might blame the casino for his decimated bank account. Terrance Wattanabe dropped $127 million at the Rio and Caesar's Palace, outposts of Harrah's Entertainment -- losses amounting to 5.6% of Harrah's Las Vegas gambling revenue in 2007, according to The Wall Street Journal. Now Wattananbe is suing Harrah's, claiming the casino kept him in action by supplying alcohol and painkillers."

That trainer at SeaWorld Orlando also found out the hard way that whales sometimes attack back.
