Can we vote for none of the above?

Our government is a joke.

I knew they were going to shoot down the legalizing pot in California. They really need to legalize it. It's a plant that grows wild. Let the people have their medicine. And why not have a few drinks after smoking some? Plus a few bags of doritos.

I haven't smoked pot in years but it's always been obvious to me that what substances are legal and what is illegal has very little to do with how harmful it is. There was a recent study that came out that declared alcohol as the most harmful drug there is. Drugs like heroin and crack are more deadly but alcohol's destruction is infinitely more widespread and deceptive. Seizing marijuana employs far too many people and why create competition for the alcohol companies when they are already producing so much revenue. If alcohol was ever to go out of popularity you can bet marijuana will be legalized in under a week.

Heyla, gang!

I'm just dropping in for a couple of minutes to let you all know that I'll be going in for surgery on the 15th, and that I'll be there for at least a month. I'll be at UMC Hospital, but I won't be able to get online. If anyone wants to drop by for a visit, or call me, please feel free to do so. All prayers, well wishes, good karma, waving of rubber chickens are greatly appreciated.
