Yeah but after they pay for their 10,000 sq foot mansion and cars, stuff, and clothes they are poor just like the rest of us. Plus remember someone has to pay taxes! That's them!

Wow! I am really shocked at hearing Las Vegas refered to as trashy! Eccentric, enthusiastic, gaudy, flashy, high energy, occasionally innapropriate, mildly intoxicated, yes, but not trashy!

Hollywood Blvd, much of Manhattan, parts of Detroit, that's trashy!

I don't think you can really call a city trashy until you've had the scent of human urine waft your way , and we NEVER found that in Las Vegas.

Even some of the "finer" nabes in Manhattan have questionable odors and trash situations, not to mention panhandlers, homeless residents and "working" people.

At least the costume people are entertaining!

Don't worry too much about them. The republicans are going to make sure that they pay as little taxes as possible by keeping the Bush tax cuts for rich citizens.

C'mon now tazz, we have had a democratic controlled house, senate, and a democrat president to boot which has been a total nightmare. I am no republican, but we desperately needed some balance. It would be just as bad if all three were controlled by republicans. Balance is the key word.

"Balance" is a buzz word. Do you thing the rich should continue to get tax breaks that would have netted the US treasury several trillion dollars over 10 years?

Everyone deserves to be taxed at the same rate. The current system is so #$%^ed up. For example, my coworker and I make the same hourly pay and we both work full time. He gets almost $8,000 back in Federal income taxes while I HAVE TO PAY OVER $1,000 EACH YEAR!!! Do you know why? It is because he has 2 kids and a wife who does not work. He gets earned income credit because of this which is nothing but welfare IMO. I am seriously starting to HATE liberals. I make just under $20,000 a year so I am the working poor. Realistically, the scumbag liberals like to take from the RESPONSIBLE poor, middle class, and rich to give it to the irresponsible garbage bottom feeders.
