MGM is the nicer product, Harrah's is more convenient if you wish to wander around a little (and probably cheaper too) but not generally as nice as MGM.

A night?!? I'm stunned!

MGM has the better rooms, IMHO, I've been in both and I love Harrah's for its location, but the rooms are very meh.

OHHH, ok. I was like, who are they kidding?!?!

It's really about what you want to do while you're here. Harrah's is much better located center-strip but MGM has that cool Lion habitat and is across the street from New York New York and it's awesome roller coaster.

The price at Harrah's is slighly more but you might spend less in fares and such getting around maybe?

thrill rides are at nyny, stratosphere, circus circus, and the sahara... If you have a car, go out to Primm for Desperado! at Buffalo Bills
