I do not recommend slots but Club Fortune and Fiesta Station would be the best places to play video slots. Club Fortune will give you all kinds of freebies just for signing up for a player's card.

Video keno if you like that, is best at Sunset station. The upright machines are better versus the ones you lean on a padded bar to play.

Default Casinos in Vegas

Been here for over 5 years now. Over the last 2 years it has gotten consistently harder and harder to win here. Used to be Arizona Charlie's on Boulder was great. They have changed machines to the newer video slots and they are tight as hell. Skyline Casino is so-so. Can hit there but harder than it used to be. Sam's town is still pretty good...again getting in front of the right machine. I have hit over $1,000 jackpots quite a few times on penny machines. Cannery on Boulder used to be good...now they are tight too. By all means stay away from Sunset Station. They are tighter than any other casino out there except for the strip. Very hard to hit anything there. Their slogan is "we love locals." Yeah because they keep going back and losing while Sunset is winning. Emerald Isle in Henderson is decent and so is the Eldorado. But any more it seems like it is pretty hard to hit anywhere.

If you really need to play machines, learn to play and like VP, and learn to be good at it. At least you can see what odds your getting, and can apply some level of skill.

Stations casinos have totally tightened up all their machines so the best thing to do is not go there and play. I only play at one place anymore: Binions. I always get money back and haven't lost yet.

In every casino there are a few machines that are "hot" and will give you a thrill. The problem is trying to find those few machines. Probably not that much difference between any of the casinos since they all tend to get "hot" or "cold" over time. I suspect that in a back room somewhere there is a slot switch that's label "hot" on top and "cold" on bottom that the casinos flip depending on how they are doing on the table games.

In other words, play at the casinos that you enjoy because of the lighting, patrons, cleaniness, promotions, etc. If you are losing, stop playing until somebody flips the switch the other way.

Truthfully, they have made a well-publicized effort to LOOSEN their slots. I have been doing well at Green Valley Ranch!
