Please???? Anyone? I know it's an older post, but I know it's annoying for me to post a brand new one for some info. I've looked online and found nothing.

I just found some listings in the area of Sunrise Villas. Is this a nice, older area? Are there more like these houses in this "Townhouse District" and since it's older, is it age restrictive to 55+, or can any one buy in these areas.

Here is one I think is wonderful, but I'm worried about the price, it's very much in investor range, is there alot of flipping in these areas?

MLS 1133138: 3071 MIRADO CT Las Vegas NV 89121

Thanks
I had a friend that lived in the Sunrise Villas units on Viking...these are close by at Pecos/McLeod/Twain....Eastern Ave is to the west of these units.

The area is very congested, old, but loaded with conveniences, the complex is kept nice and I believe its age restricted.

It's probably also loaded with renters.

I'd really have to see it, but more importantly the area AROUND it, in person before committing to anything trooth, I honestly don't like that area but I haven't been over that way in a very long time so I don't know how that area has held up. My friend moved from her age restricted Sunrise Villa unit a few years ago

Here's some nice info on the complex though, but remember it's all about "LOCATION, LOCATION' LOCATION"

Hopefully, one of the eastsiders can relay how that area is nowadays..

Thanks MomMom for the information. I guess I need to visit and see them and the rest of my choices in person.

That really is the best way tr00th, you can narrow down your interests and us locals can help as much as possible, but only by seeing the property, and the area around it, will you get the gut feeling that it's right.

Keep up the good work and much good luck!
