Info on Rhodes Ranch
I have looked at houses in Henderson/GV/Silverado and I dont think they are my style. I know I have asked about Mtns Edge on here, but can you give me some info on Rhodes Ranch? Shopping, etc? How far is it from Red Rock Casino?

Silverado/GV/Henderson's style is very similar to Mountain's Edge and Rhodes Ranch, most of the homes in the outer ring look the same, the styles change once you get into older areas or custom areas...

Thanks, but is Rhodes Ranch has alot of shopping and restautrants by it? How far is Red Rock Casino? Doesnt look that far.
Thanks, I am moving to LV in the next 90 days and trying to narrow down my choices.

yes, Rhodes Ranch does have a lot of shopping/restaurants by it, there's a very large power center at 215/Rainbow( The Arroyo - Las Vegas Office, Retail, and Industrial For Lease ), a power center under construction at Durango/Warm Springs, with restaurants and shopping already at that corner, there's also more shopping at 215/Tropicana or 215/Flamingo, its also not far to Chinatown, I would believe it would take about 10-15 min to get to Red Rock depending on traffic, but I do not travel in that area too often, so I am not sure... |

thanks so much. One last question.....for anyone.. How are the hoa fees? Are there sid/lid fees? Are there community pools? I saw a photo of the water park, looks cool.

last i checked they were around $100 per month, no lids or sids... this was for IN Rhodes Ranch not AT Rhodes Ranch
