There are plenty of Mormons living in Henderson. Nevada has one of the highest percentages of latter-day saints. Nevada's senior senator Harry Reid is a Mormon, the governor Jim Gibbons is a non-practicing Mormon, Congressman Dean Heller is a Mormon, and the mayor of Henderson is a Mormon. Henderson probably has the largest LDS population in the valley. Summerlin has a fairly large population as well, but LDS people don't make up the majority of anywhere in Clark County, but still maintain a clear presence.

It's a good thing there's no religious intolerance on this forum. Jeez, folks, find out what people actually believe not what you think they believe before you decide their beliefs are "bad". I'm not LDS, but I know they are mostly decent people and don't mean anyone any harm. What? You wouldn't want one living next to you? That's sick. This thread is an ill disguised attempt to put people down for their religion, and don't anyone try to say it isn't.
