FYI, for others who are not aware of how the BBB's shenanigans work:

If you are a dues paying member, you can essentially wipe complaints off your record after a certain period (specifics depend on the local BBB franchaise's policies, typically 6 months). If you are not a dues paying member, complaints are generally permanent. Which is how they strong-arm businesses into becoming dues paying members.

The BBB is right up there with DeBeers for just how much of an amazing job they've done at hornswaggling the public.
And you continue to ignore the obvious. I initally pointed out that a good score from BBB is probably not a great endorsement. But I also pointed out that a large set of complaints not satisified probably says the place is not good at customer service after the fact.
