First of all, does anyone know which zip codes Mountain's Edge encompasses?

Also, while I have yet to do any significant digging, if anyone has easy to access information regarding these statistics, please feel free to point me in the right direction:

-Average/Median House Price (2003-2009)

-Current foreclosure rates

-Any other relevant statistics that could tell the tale of the community (crime rate trends, etc.)

Thank you all again for all your help.
Average/Median House Price Low and going lower

Current foreclosure rate high and going higher

Realtor platitudes priceless.

Very interesting research and graphs, Olecapt, but, you have a mistake and I wanted to call it to your attention. Once or twice you referred to December, 2009 when I know you meant to make it December, 2008.
