I'm looking forward to the completion - once it is, 215 will be a breeze to and from work!

They may end up using it as a flood retention basin. That's what has been done in the past.

Don't think so. Way too much interest. A very nice spot for any number of things with very good access to the 215...note that area has little usable space left of any size.

And there is one of the truly massive retaining basin dam structures just up behind it to the north and west.

Resurrecting my old thread. Anyone(I'm looking at you lvoc) know if Lone Mountain & Ann will end up having freeway interchanges? We're getting pretty close to the north part of the 215 being completed. I can't find any info regarding plans from the Clark County Works.

The plan - now almost 10 years ago. was an interchange at Lone Mountain and an overpass at Ann.

The intent was that nothing goes through except 215. So nothing other than local traffic.

Unfortunately the corporate memory may all be gone. Kim Bush the last old time urban planner died last falll...severing any continuity.

The only other guy who might remember is Collins...but even if he does his testimony nowadays is suspect.

I doubt anyone knows. If it is known it will be in advanced planning. But these things often change when they they go to contract.
