Neat and interesting article in yesterday's paper for some myths about Las Vegas.

MYTH-JUDGING VEGAS: Seven classic Sin City tales fail to stand up to inspection

Setting the record straight

By COREY LEVITAN
LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL

Las Vegas doesn't have to lie to impress anyone. Yet a surprising number of "facts" about our town continue to resonate across pop culture and the Internet with no basis in reality. Let's straighten seven of them out...

Thanks for the post, MomMom, it was a very interesting article. Too bad one idiot had to post that worthless comment. Regarding Roy's twin, they say that we all have twins. I once saw in the SF Chronicle a picture of a guy who worked at a BBQ restaurant who could have been my twin. The only difference was the earlobes. Mine are the "unconnected" kind, and his were the opposite. I hope that you know what I'm talking about. ^_^;

Don't worry about "the other poster" my love, he's on his old campaign again, it's a psychological thang.

And yes, I know about the ears thing. And yeah, everyone has a twin, mine is Jenna Jameson

I googled the ear thing, and it has to do with a recessive gene that gives the connected ear lobes. I also supposedly have a twin who works as a cook in a Sparks, NV casino. What is it with me and my multiples and food service? Are they trying to tell me something! I had to take food service in my freshmen year in high school, and I worked at a Wendy's when I was in JC, and as you know, a Starbucks.

Jenna Jameson has nothing on you, except for showing everything on film.

I'm sure that you can purloin one from somewhere. What can I say about Jenna? You've got class, and she's like a doorknob, a bike, and a screen door. I'm sure you know about the old jokes about those. She'd probably even do an Alabama Hot Pocket, if the money was right.

Prostitution is legal in Las Vegas! It's called politics.
