Some areas were hit hard and other areas were barely hit at all, so I'd be interested to see a breakdown by zipcode, neighborhood, etc.

I can pull part of it by zip code. Up front though there is no action in 89134. You need to go to 89178 or 89131 for that.

That's a fallacy. All areas are affected - some just more than others. But the pain is widespread. Here's the latest data on 89134:
