My living situation just got shuffled a bit, so I'm looking for a new place to rent for about a year or so. I'm looking at numerous home rentals and a few apartment complexes, including one on Eastern and Green Valley Parkway and another on Eastern and Horizon Ridge.

Now...would these cross streets technically be considered a part of MacDonald Ranch, Green Valley, or Anthem? It doesn't necessarily matter a whole lot (I'd be fine with any of the three). But I've never been able to tell where the cut-off is, and I figured now would be a good time to find out, as a friend of mine just asked me what areas I was looking in and I have no idea how to classify them.

I'm tempted to say Anthem for the former and MacDonald for the latter? Would this be correct?

MacDonald Ranch for both, Anthem only starts south of Summit Grove, much closer to Grand Hills/Anthem Village...

I suspect it is in none of the above.

To be part of a master planned community you have to be living in a property that is part of the master plan. Close does not count. I suspect those corners are not in any master plan...so just plain old Henderson.

Hmmm...that would make sense. The apartments don't appear to be distinctly inside any of the three, but sandwiched in between them. So none of the above is perhaps the most sensible answer.

Eastern and Horizon Ridge-The Equestrian? That was Henderson-my daughter had friends in MacDonald Ranch community and in Anthem. We were not in either. I liked the area though.
