Default Where are the "Beverly Hills" type neighborhoods in Las Vegas?

I'm guessing they'd be in Henderson and Summerlin...

Default Nice Communities

The Ridges and Red Rock Country Club are each gated communities in/near Summerlin Centre ("downtown" Summerlin) and are extremely, extremely nice. Nearly all, if not all, of the homes have mountain views and some have Strip views as well. These two communities border each other. Just one street over are also very nice sub-communities such as C2 Lofts, Tracceia, Montage that tend to be smaller homes and their occupants tend to be young professionals and young families. These homes have mountain views and some Strip views.

Small and large parks are within walking distance/short drive from all of the above mentioned communities, as well as restaurants, movie theater, bowling, shopping, hiking ...

Pass the grain of salt...

If you are talking tracts the Ridges is pretty far up there. Red Rock is not really close.

The TPC tracts are pretty nice.

And if you have money and not much else the penthouses in the high rises...You can get a 16,000 SF spread in the top of One Queensridge for ony 20 million or so. (There are I believe 3 avaiable)

The really rich locals here tend to own spreads. Why live near someone when you can have your own 20 acres? Newton, the Greenspuns, any number of the entertainers have such places.

And Wynn just put together 10 Acres over by Our Lady of Las Vegas.

Our Beverly Hills is distributed in the boon docks.

Our Beverly Hills type areas like Olecapt said are very spread out across the valley, you will see an area on Sunrise Mountain where Jerry Lewis lives or in the Southwest where Penn and Teller both live, or in the very nice area where Wayne Newton and the Greenspuns live...All mainly unincorporated Clark County...

Beverly Hills has a history, tradition, and isn't as exclusive as one might thing, what makes it prestigious is the quality of life, resident friendly laws, etc.

Las Vegas has hyped up planned communities which equate class and quality of life with money, but that's about it.... they're just colonies of mcmansions inhabited by suburbian drones.

You obviously approach LV with much opinion and little knowledge. The nice places in LV are widely spread and have no single location like Beverly Hills or Brentwood.

Ours is a much more interesting construct. You should learn a little about it before you start playing critic.

I'd recommend the Ridges, TPC, Seven Hills....

The next tier would be places like Red Rock and a lot of the other golf communities in Summerlin, plus a few odd extras in other parts of the valley.
