Default Resale Homes Sold March 12-18
From todays RJ. I like that they gave the parcel numbers of these homes.

One of those listed is in my zipcode and I know the street, that particular house was for sale for almost a year

8316 Celina Hills st for $30K? wow! thats in silverstone ranch?? I wonder what happened to that house that it sold for so cheap.

I'm thinking those that are the lowest priced are from trustee sales (auctions)

Finally, prices are becoming reasonable and people can afford to buy a home again!

Trustee sales are not at market. The lender offers what is owed.

It does not however mean that it is worth that. Truestee sales deal with what the place was mortgaged for on the first nortgage. Has no bearing on value.

Not quite. The LVRJ gives the parcel number and the owner's home address. The owner of the home with the parcel number given lives at 8316 Celina Hills, but the parcel number matches that of a dump near Rancho and Washington.
