Valley home prices tumble to 2001 levels - Business - ReviewJournal.com

Interesting quotes from article:

"We did have more bank dispositions than bank acquisitions," he said. "It's only happened once since January 2007, but it happened. I had friends calling me saying, 'Don't get too excited because a second wave is coming.'"

That is what many have been saying.

"Experienced investors realize that you don't have to buy exactly at the bottom of a market, you only have to buy near the bottom, which is undoubtedly where we are today," Murphy said

I guess we'll see.

DUPLICATE POST

Rpachigo, I've already posted this link under the thread, "CURRENT UPDATE ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET" along with a similiar article out today.

Just a suggestion, but rather than keep making new threads every day pertaining to Las Vegas real estate updates, post them under the "CURRENT UPDATE ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET" thread.

I think the mods here will agree.
