Default Best places to open an auto repair shop

Thanks to all who respond. After 5 years of teaching, I've had enough. We're moving to Vegas and opening up an auto repair shop. It'll be a one-man show at first, so I know my lease options are limited--I can't afford 5k a month, closer to 2k a month to start. Ideally, I'd like to be close to more affluent neighborhoods in the hopes of working on newer cars driven by people with the incomes to maintain and repair them. Any suggestions besides the usual suspect (Summerlin)? I'm aware of some requirements such as light duty vs. heavy duty repair, etc. but there's a lot I don't know about Vegas so any tips are appreciated.

If you have free long distance, I would call several new car dealerships and ask for the service writer. Many service writers have knowledge about the repair business in this area or are very outgoing helpful people, or both. Some are even ex-wrench slingers.

I bet they know people who have been there and done that.

Another option is to move to Kitty Hawk NC where there is only 1 good shop within 50 miles.

There are new places in North Las Vegas that are pretty cheap. But that is not affluent. But if you get by some other places that do other stuff, you might be able to get some good referrals out of it.
