How do i get to the site to check on foreclosures in my development?

we are renting a home that is going through the foreclosure process how do we know the foreclosre date?

I thought there was a new law that stated a bank had to honor the lease, or buy you out if it?

Is that not the case?

no there is no law for the bank to do that.. if you have a written lease, i believe you have 90 days... if you do not, you have 3 from the day they post the execution note
