We are looking to move to Las Vegas in July or Aug. We are an interracial couple with 4 kids, and are looking at a home in zip code 89131 by Elkhorn and Jones. We would like to know if this will be a good area for us, and how the schools are in this area. Also if anyone can tell me if Lennar builds a good home that would be great.

Interracial, not so important. 89131 is good. Lennar, not so good. Schools are ok.

That is a newer area, alot younger couples and starter homes. The income level is pretty middle of the road. As for Lennar, we love them. Our first house was Lennar, as is our second home. They give you everything, fridge,stove,dishwasher,washer,dryer,blinds. Everything was wired for cable and surround sound, alarms alreadys, shop Lennar, you cant go wrong! And they have by far the most generous back yards!
