I can't help you there! But Too Hotties is not at all risque. They have an all-female staff who wear regular clothes and just cut your hair. The idea is apparently to have a place for men to get haircuts that's not a frilly salon. They have ESPN on the TV in the waiting area, or you can play video games. There's also a pool table. Beyond that, it's basically an all-female barbershop. I did get a very good haircut there, the best I've had in some time, and the price was competitive. |
