Will be in Vegas in about 72 hours. Thinking about going to see Cirque De Soleil. Online right now the date we would like to go they are on sale for 25% off. Was talking to someone else in our party going to vegas and they said that "it can be cheaper to just wait till 1pm the afternoon of the show with last minute tickets."

What does everyone who lives there or travels to vegas believe? Should I buy 25% off tickets now. Or hope for cheaper last minute tickets?

Up to you. You'd be risking not getting tickets. This will be one of the busiest weekends of the year, but a few days before the weekend starts might be very slow. That buy one get one for $25.00 sounds like a very good deal. Thanks H.S. I might do that myself.

You can also try Tix4Tonight on the strip. there's numerous locations up and down the strip. They post that days shows an hour before they open so get there then and stand in line. The popular shows(like cirque) sell out fast! The tickets are usually $20-40 cheaper than at the box office.
