Soho is a high rise on LV Blvd just north of Charleston.

Good rentals but don't buy there. Likely to be very difficult.

the closest we have in LV to a 'skidrow' is Main and Washington....NOTHING elses is even close.

i agree...i haven't seen anything in vegas like skidrow in LA....not even close. maybe if you were to compare them during the day....maybe. but at night, LA's row is an entirely different world
