That site shows $105,000 and the home is trashed. Just type the name into google or the search engine of your choice. There is a virtual tour you can take. Lots of broken glass from the broken windows.

Do not focus on ONLY ONE HOUSE!!!! Have you see the WHOLE neighborhood area? There are NOT NOT lots of broken glass from the broken windows. Obviously, there is something wrong with your eyes. There are two broken windows because teenagers were bored and messed with it. They were caught. By the way, the house IS NOT trashed!!! geez!!!

Do you have a vested interest in the sale of this home or something? Why so emotional about this? BTW, as I mentioned before these are single family attached residences. Aqua specifically asked for duplexes and asked for a specific price range. The home you suggested fits neither criteria, trashed or not.

Hey now, calm down. The photos I saw for that address, the home was trashed. Broken glass, boards on the windows, etc. If you would like to see the website that I saw, i will look for it again to show you. Now go have a cup of tea and relax for awhile.

My neighbor is doing a short sale on her townhome here in Aliante. $65,000 for a 1332 sf 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, yard. Apparently she owes more than it's worth. Whoever gets it, i hope they are quiet or rent to some quiet older people. It's in a prime location, across from the park, near the pool.

wow that seems very very reasonable.. stupid question but when you say 2 story, do you mean the building is a 2 story or the townhome itself has a upstairs and downstairs..
