Default North Las Vegas Police Dept hiring lateral anytime soon?
When is North Las Vegas Police hiring lateral? I read online that they're taking applications for recruits in July. but nothing online for lateral.I know they only do it twice a year but when?

Not sure how this applies to NLV but I heard Henderson may have to cut some of the police officers that were hired as part of the "more cops" sales tax increase due to less "more cops" sales taxes collected. Not sure how much hiring they might be doing now.

Also, police and fire hired anywhere in NV after Jan 1, 2010 will have to wait 30 years to retire rather than the previous 25 years due to legislation changes this year.

Really, i didn't not know! Henderson just looks like they haven't been hiring for a while.
