Talking Apartment Help

Hello all, my husband and I are considering moving to Vegas Sept. 2009. We can take the heat since we're moving from FL. We're taking a short trip to Vegas soon. We would like to buy a condo (any suggestions) or lease a short term apt (any suggestions). DESERT SHADOWS Apts or ALEXAN BLACK MOUNTAIN Apts are our first choice for a short term lease until we find our dream condo. We work out of our home. I read online CopperCreek Apts were nice but had a big waterbug and roach problem. Any info on Broadstone Montecito Apts, Broadstone Indigo Apts or Alexan Cheyenne Apts. (new)? Pleaseeeeeeeeeee help. Thank you.

Your selections are all over the map. If you are going to buy a condo you might want to pick the Broadstone Montecito. It is at the edge of Centennial Hills so there is civilization readily available but it is also at the "end of the road" so likely to be quiet and peaceful.

The advantage of that place is that it is in the middle of the area where you are likely to end up buying a foreclosed condo.

Note that all such complexes are at the mercy of the crew running them. That crew changes periodically. So it is always a gamble.
