Default Staying in Vegas for a Month

My buddy and I are planning to drive out from Cleveland to Vegas and stay for a month. What is a cheap yet safe place to stay at that would be furnished?

Look at the Extended Stay America - they offer some good rates and they have some long term specials all over the place.

They also participate in Hotwire/Priceline.

Check out vrbo.com for furnished vacation rentals including condos.

make sure that your car is in tiptop shape.. either route you will go through areas of 100 miles or more where there is nothing, no services..

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. Would you recommend making 1 or 2 stops along the way? I'm thinking a stop in st louis and then stopping near Amarillo would make sense.

I'd haveta arm wrestle Airics over the routes......I much prefer the center route [I70 thru Denver] spectacular scenery....a steep climb out of Denver [any normal car will pull it fine] then downhill all the way to Green River Ut....I would rather open a vein then have to make the drive thru TX and NM....[until you get to Alb.]
Cleveland to Denver is doable altho something like Hays KS would be better....then on to Green River....then make Las Vegas in an easy day.....
