Hi, I 'm a first time home buyer and considering buying a home in silverado ranch which has a public drainage and sewer easement next to the lot. It has a closed covered concrete with lock bars for entry and on the other end has a gate locked and is maintained by city LMC. But legally that easement area almost 3000 sft comes under the property lot.

Questions:
is this a good buy?
do I get into issues selling this property in future?
do I get issues with city drainage maintenance companies?
is this a good investment property?

Please advice? Thanks.
