I purchased LVReview Journal on today Saturday (Oct/03) but could not find any buffet coupon. Have they stopped it ? Or do they not come on out on weekends ? Thanks

I will disagree with above. Aliante is not as good as Red Rock. Many of their items also tend to be salty.

Station Casinos offering free buffet meal to military for Veterans Day.

Trying to decide between Red Rock or Aliante. Which has less smoke drift from casino?

I walked into Aliante once to try buffet there, but left due to the cigarette smell. Didn't have a coupon to make it worth staying.

Also, while we're discussing players cards, etc., I do have a question/comment. When I applied at 3 local casinos they asked for my drivers license supposedly to check that I'm over 21 -- HA!

Then I get one of their usual offerings in the mail offering me a few dollars off slot play, etc. and then sending me birthday greetings, this month being my birthday. OK, so they got this off my license, right?

But then my sister and her husband go to Fitz to the cashier cage and they say "oh, you're having an anniversary this month!" and give them some free play. When my sister asks how they knew they were having an anniversary the cashier said, playfully, "oh, we have our ways." Whaaaaaat??? They've been married over 40 years, got married in Reno, how did the casino know the date of their anniversay -- its a little intimidating actually!
