I will be moving to Vegas in three months. I will be trying to find a serving job anywhere. I have a few questions:

1) where do you work and how long have you been there?

2) male or femal? Age?

3) where are you from and how long have you been in vegas?

4) are you better looking then average? How important do you feel looks are to getting a job in vegas?

5) any other tipson getting a job in vegas?

Thank you!

Ok I'm not a server but I'll put my 2 cents in..if you want to be on the strip or a popular place. Young very very good looking and juice (who you know) means everything. IMO if you are above 30 it's gonna be tough

I am twenty seven and not necessarily looking for something on the strip. I wouldn't mind working on the strip but I know it hard to find a job. I am sure there are neighborhood restaurants in Summerlin and Henderson.

Not a server.

Red Rock Resort (Summerlin) and Green Valley Ranch Resort (Henderson) each have restaurants, lounges, dance clubs. Check each casino's website for employment possibilities/availability.

Summerlin and Henderson do ALSO have MANY restaurants (casual and formal) outside of those in their respective casinos.
